I have a group of friends that I stamp with where I live in California, but I also have a group of friends and family that I stamp with, long-distance, in Vermont. About once or twice a year I get to stamp with some of them in person, either here or there.

On Tuesday, Sept. 8th we met at Sherry’s house and we were joined by our friends Karenlee and Wanda for some stamping fun!

Since Wanda is our newest stamper, we let her pick the projects that we worked on. First we stamped the dragonfly card that my Stamping Hostess group in California did in August:
and then we worked on a swap card that I had made at the demonstrator’s gathering last month:
This was made with the new Woodland embossing folder and the Happy Scenes stamp set and Hearth & Home Thinlits Dies. We used clear Window Sheets and Dimensionals to give life-like features to the window. As you can see, they came out beautifully!

Thanks, ladies, for a fun evening; I can’t wait to come back and stamp with you all again!
